I shop across 35+ lenders — including banks, credit unions, trusts, monolines, alternative lenders, and private lenders — to find the best rate and terms for your specific situation. In many cases, this saves clients thousands over the life of the mortgage. It also means that if your bank says no, you have other options.
Yes, absolutely. Self-employed clients often struggle with traditional banks that want two full years of T1s and rigid income verification. I work with lenders who offer stated-income programs, business-for-self programs, and alternative documentation options. We'll look at your full picture — not just a single tax year — to find the right fit.
Yes.
